Regular verbs ending in -s, -ed & -ing.
Most regular verbs just add -s, -ed and -ing: look looks, looked, looking.
Expceptions
If a verb ends in a hissing or buzzing sound add an e before the s eg. rush rushes, rushed, rushing.
If a verb ends in e drop it and add -ing eg save saves saved saving
play
jump
rush
save
climb
cook
scream
skate
float
push
Children will need to learn how to spell the above words when -s -ing & ed are added.
