Thank you for your reply slips for parents' evening. I have had 7 requests for Tuesday between 3.30pm and 4.pm (which is very kind of you all!) However I cannot fit you all in to a half hour slot.
If you could/don't mind changing the appointment for times between 4 and 4.40pm could you let me know tomorrow.
