Learning logs returned with Castell Coch research. Pupils will have to explain what they have learnt to a partner and share the knowledge they have gained.
Pirate books with their spellings practised (if they had any!) They will be tested on these words today.
Maths homework given out to be returned next Monday 22nd.
Spellings this week are numbers to 10,000;
Once the children know all of these please test them by asking them to write in words; 15,678 for example.

- forming and joining v and u
- reading comprehension about castles
- write mood poems about castles
Maths this week will focus on;
- telling the time
- reading and writing numbers to 10,000
- understanding the value of each digit
- using concrete materials to solve problems
- Beat It test Friday (Boys and girls tell your mum's and dad's about this!)
