Just a note to say that unfortunately the final group of children that were due to go on the trip today were unable to attend because of staff illness at the centre. They have assured us they will rearrange the session but I will need to wait until next week for confirmation of when it will take place.
On a more positive note we had a wonderful day in school and by not leaving at 9am to go to Bryn Pica the children got to experience the best views of the solar eclipse!! A big thank you to Olivia's dad for making a homemade viewing device that allowed the class to share an interesting view of the eclipse. We also managed to resource some solar viewing glasses from a kind man in Tesco car park, what a way to start the day!!
