Forces Frenzy!
Last week we started our new Science topic looking at the wonderful world of forces. We discussed what we knew about forces and what we would like to find out over the next term. We started looking at pushes and pulls
When we mastered a push and pull we moved on to discussing what we use to measure a force and its unit of measure. A force is measured in Newtons and we use a forcemeter to measure the force on an object. Working in pairs/groups we created a table of findings, looking at the force on a range of everyday objects. We had lots of fun and are looking forward to moving onto friction this week.
