Wythnos 2 - W/C 18th April

Beth Sy’n Digwydd Yr Wythnos Hon?

Wythnos 2 – W/C 18th April

I hope that you have had a restful weekend after a busy and hectic week Caerau. I hear that some of us have forgotten to be VIP’s over the Easter holidays. Please remember to use your 5 R’s which are on display above the whiteboard to be successful learners, especially resilience! Sometimes we might find our learning tricky but if we have a positive attitude, remain focussed and try and try again you CAN do it. Myself and Mrs Boat know that you can! J
Remember what we say: “Failure is a first attempt in learning!”

Monday
·         Could children please bring in their PE kits from today. Children will be doing PE this week (which is either Athletics or ball games outside) but when we choose for them to do it depends on a couple of other things going on. As soon as PE is completed for the week, we will ensure that children bring them home.
·         Mrs Black has kindly arranged for a speaker to come in during the afternoon and talk to the children about Africa (linked to our Beating Drum topic).

Tuesday
Bat speaker coming in to talk to the children about their bat homes.

Friday
·         Spell Check.

Literacy and Numeracy: This week we will be beginning to work through some of the test papers in Literacy and Numeracy.

Diolch again for your cooperation,
We look forward to seeing you Monday blwydden pedwar 8)

Miss Morgans and Mrs Boat.
